At MainTrade Apparel, every product is made to order with care. This approach helps reduce waste and allows us to offer quality apparel designed for hardworking people who value durability, comfort, and craftsmanship.
Because items are produced specifically for each order, we ask customers to carefully review product descriptions and sizing information before purchasing.
Please review our size guides carefully before ordering, as most items are produced specifically for each purchase.
Returns or exchanges may be accepted only under the following circumstances:
* The item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue
* The product received differs from what was ordered
* The item qualifies for replacement or return under applicable manufacturing or production quality standards
We are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
* Incorrect size selection
* Change of mind after ordering
* Preference changes regarding colour, fit, or style
* Minor variations in print placement, garment colour, or appearance that may naturally occur during production
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
1. Your order number
2. A brief description of the issue
3. Clear photos showing the concern
