MainTrade Apparel – Shipping Policy

At MainTrade Apparel, most products are made to order. This allows us to focus on quality while reducing unnecessary waste and excess inventory.
Order Processing & Production Times
Once an order is placed, production typically begins within 1–2 business days, with most items completed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days.
During periods of high demand, holidays, promotions, or unforeseen production delays, processing times may be longer.
Shipping Times
After production is complete, standard shipping generally requires 5–8 business days, depending on destination, carrier service, and seasonal demand.
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Important Delivery Information
While we work hard to ensure orders are produced and shipped promptly, MainTrade Apparel cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. Delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, peak seasons, labour disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept that actual delivery times may vary.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped so you can monitor delivery progress directly with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout. Orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to additional shipping charges.
